Clubby Arrives Without a Pin
Tammy from  Missouri received her Clubby Buddies from the Beanie Babies Official Club only to discover that Clubby did not have the official BBOC pin.  This is the only report we have received to date of this occurring.  Clubby is the only Buddy  to come with a round circle pin attached to his chest.  From what we have seen on eBay, the fact that this buddy does not have a pin together with its limited availability, will increase its value significantly and could make it the rarest of all Buddies!

Tyra Stolen or Counterfeit
Lulu from Maison D'ours has reported that Ty Canada said that "Every in-hand Tyra is either a counterfeit or stolen property. They were never released by Ty Canada or Ty Inc. under any circumstances."

Where's Spruce?
The last new attic treasure to appear at retail is Spruce a brown bear dressed with just a holiday hat and scarf.  There is finally an eBay auction for this hard-to-find attic claiming the bear is "in-hand."

Divorce Couple Split Beanie Collection in Courtroom

CNN reported yesterday that a divorced couple couldn't agree on how to split their Beanie Baby collection, so a judge ordered them on Friday to divide up the babies one by one in a courtroom.
